It’s Easter weekend and, among many other things, that means it’s prime time for chocolate.
Owner of Richmond’s Chocxo cholcolate shop Wade Pugh says when it comes to our chocolate tastes – people in Metro Vancouver tend to be like the Europeans – preferring very dark chocolate over milk.
And, as for those who say white chocolate has no place holding the chocolate moniker, Pugh says…
“You should never get irritated about chocolate for one thing. But white is certainly a very tasty product it’s not a true chocolate – it doesn’t have the cocoa powder in it.”
But, Pugh says, few Easter bunnies look cuter than the ones made from white chocolate.
