UPDATES: Missing Richmond man with mental capacity of 10 year old located

Updates: Papa located. Corporal Stephanie Ashton  says ” it is as a direct result of tips from the public that this man is home safe and sound.  We cannot thank our citizens enough for taking the time to tell us where and when they saw him.”

Richmond RCMP are seeking the public’s help locating a missing 43 year old developmentally disabled man.

Richmond RCMP is currently searching for 43 year old Anthony PAPA.

Anthony has been missing since 8:00 a.m. on August 1, 2014.

Anthony is Caucasian about 5’2 tall, weighs about 125 pounds, has long shaggy brown hair and brown eyes.

Anthony is very sociable and he has gone missing in the past to take what he calls adventures throughout the lower mainland.

He has no money and no means of contacting anyone.

Corporal Stephanie Ashton, Media Relations Officer for Richmond RCMP, says it is a hot weekend.

Anthony has the capacity of a ten year old and may not be hydrating himself.

Ashton says while he has a history of taking these adventures,  police are concerned he may not be taking care of himself.
