Housing prices continue to rise in Metro Vancouver

The latest survey by Royal Lepage shows a steady growth in house prices in Metro Vancouver in the second quarter of the year.

The average price for a single-family detached bungalow rose by 5.2%, to 1.1 million dollars.

The price for a standard two-story home rose by 4.6%, to 1.2 million.

And condo prices were largely flat, with the average price being 491-thousand.
