A boil water advisory has gone up for residents in the Aldergrove area of Langley Township.
Fraser Health says as a public health precaution, people should boil their water for at least one minute before drinking it, brushing their teeth, or using it for cleaning purposes.
The warning comes after a low level of coliform bacteria was found in a local water sampling point
The advisory doesn’t apply to the City of Langley.

Boundaries of the affected area include:
East of 260th Street and West of 276th Street
North of 24th Avenue and South of 36th Avenue
